With Novaline, Wetrok has succeeded in creating the most sustainable cleaning line of all time. Thanks to the use of biosurfactants, Wetrok uniquely combines maximum environmental friendliness with uncompromising cleaning performance. The developers at Wetrok have succeeded for the first time in the world in developing stable cleaning agent concentrates with biosurfactants for professional use, thereby closing a gap in the market. This innovative solution heralds the next generation of sustainable cleaning and sets new standards in the industry.
Surfactants are contained in conventional cleaning agents and are usually obtained artificially (synthetically) on the basis of crude oil, palm oil or other vegetable oils. The production of organic surfactants, on the other hand, is inspired and supported by nature and completely dispenses with fossil or finite resources.
The biosurfactants are obtained in a gentle, patented production process by fermentation with microorganisms from waste products from the food industry. They are very easily biodegradable after cleaning in sewage treatment plants, thus reducing the burden on the environment. Production is also lower in emissions andCO2 emissions are reduced by 30 to 50 % compared to conventional surfactants. The production of biosurfactants is therefore more resource-efficient than other well-known sustainability lines on the market.
The Novaline range includes three products that are necessary for thorough maintenance cleaning:
Novaline combines cleaning performance, material protection and safety in perfect balance. Biosurfactants are highly effective and are characterized by high grease dissolving power and performance. They are gentle on surfaces and plastic materials.
The well-known Wetrok foaming method can also be used with the Novaline: This reduces the use of water and cleaning chemicals. The cleaners are discreetly perfumed and colored with food dyes, which reduces the risk of confusion and increases user safety.
Wetrok also attaches great importance to sustainability when it comes to packaging. The Novaline canisters are made from 50% recycled HDPE-PCR material and are taken back by Wetrok after use and recycled. This reduces CO2 emissions by 21% compared to conventional canisters and supports a sustainable circular economy. All small dispensers, foam and spray bottles are also reusable and marked with a refill pictogram.
Novaline products were developed in the Wetrok laboratories at the headquarters in Kloten. Production takes place in ISO 14001-certified facilities in Switzerland using renewable raw materials. This not only ensures the high quality of the products, but also supports a sustainable supply chain and reduces CO₂ emissions thanks to short transportation routes.
With Novaline, Wetrok is setting a powerful example for sustainability and innovation: products that not only protect our environment, but also ensure outstanding cleanliness.
