Efficient, ergonomic, sophisticated: the ideal companion for your cleaning team

Cleaning services are influenced by pressures on costs, time and quality across all sectors – so every detail counts in technology and equipment. The new Flexomate cleaning trolley platform from Kärcher is based on a modular concept, creating a high level of investment reliability across the whole lifecycle. Users benefit from the cleaning trolley's process-oriented design, as well as its ergonomic overall concept.

Increasing productivity and process efficiency are key issues in the cleaning sector, as they involve reducing costs and working time while maintaining the same level of quality. The new cleaning trolley platform from Kärcher aims to do just that. For example, it creates the flexibility to carry modules for different cleaning tasks and to dock or undock them on the move. This means that a cleaner can travel around a property with a large trolley and undock and take the small element with them to work in small, confined spaces.

In addition, the system is accessible from all sides and more than five machines such as vacuum cleaners can be easily carried along. Many unnecessary walking routes are eliminated, reducing cleaning time by up to 15 percent. The right equipment is available for every cleaning task, so that quality can be improved with less physical strain.

Kärcher has also focused on ergonomics with its cleaning trolley platform. The elements feature height-adjustable handles.

Kärcher has also focused on ergonomics with its cleaning trolley platform. The elements offer height-adjustable handles and tilt boxes, which promotes ergonomic working. The adaptation to the natural body posture prevents long-term discomfort for the user, minimizing downtime. All surfaces of the trolley are easy to clean. There is a drip tray for liquids in the base plate. As this is a closed system, dirt ingress is generally prevented, which enables hygienic working.

In 2021, Flexomate has already received the Red Dot Design Award and the Green Good Design Award. The latter award is given to particularly resource-saving and sustainable product design concepts: recycled plastic is used for the buckets (6, 12 and 15 l volume), the tray and the drawers (8, 16 and 31 l volume).
