Information about the course

The first day of the seminar covers the basics of ESG, risk management and supply chain analysis. You will apply the knowledge you have acquired in practical exercises, assess risks and analyse the aluminium supply chain. You will also deal with the basics of ESG reporting, discuss its structure and analyse a real report.

On the second day, the focus is on the concept of human rights due diligence and risk analysis and their relevance for ESG and risk management. You will identify and assess human rights risks in practical exercises. Finally, you will discuss how ESG risk management can be integrated into the corporate strategy and reflect on the possible applications of the seminar content in your own organisation.
