Basics of intermediate and basic cleaning

Target group

Employees who, in addition to maintenance cleaning, also carry out intermediate and basic cleaning in properties.

Learning objectives

• You will have mastered basic cleaning on the most common surfaces and coverings.
• You will be able to correctly select and use the cleaning products and aids suitable for intermediate and basic cleaning.
• They know the differences between maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning. You will be able to use equipment and machines correctly and carry out daily cleaning efficiently.

Contents

• Material knowledge of different floor coverings
• Knowledge of suitable cleaning agents and their use in intermediate and basic cleaning
• Basic cleaning of waterproof, water-sensitive and textile floor coverings
• Methods of sanitary cleaning (foaming)
• Daily cleaning of machines and equipment (daily maintenance)

Prerequisites

German language skills at level B2, at least 2 years of practical experience in building cleaning or attendance of the entry-level course “Basics of maintenance cleaning”, experience in operating cleaning machines.
