The paint sealer UV, tested by Alusuisse, offers high-quality protection for organically coated aluminum elements. With Colorcoat UV, an aqueous-based sealer, a long-lasting protective layer is applied that reduces the adhesion of dirt and protects the paint surface from harmful environmental influences such as aggressive air pollutants. Thanks to modern UV stabilizers, the photochemical degradation of wet or powder paints is prevented, which guarantees outstanding durability.

Before application, the facade should be thoroughly watered and any loose dirt removed. After cleaning, the surface must be completely dry. The sealer is applied undiluted and evenly at a surface temperature of approx. 5-20°C. After a drying time of approx. 10-20 minutes, a second coat can be applied if necessary.

The protective effect of the applied product lasts for 10-20 years, with a consumption of approx. 25-40 g/m² per application.
